Well we all know it's inevitable, no one gets out alive. But the worst feeling anyone can have is the loss of a friend or family member. These things really hit hard in the biking community because even though some of us get lucky enough to grow old, most are taken out by some sort of accident. Having to bury anyone is heartbreaking, in the biking community it can be even more so because it's usually a Veteran, an event organizer or someone well known that has touched the lives of so many throughout the community. While there are those of us that just want to go quietly and drift off into the sunset, depending on the rider that has passed and how well they're known you'll more than likely get a somewhat large gathering of riders that will invade a town/community to pay their respects and celebrate the life of the fallen biker. Either way death has no good outcome except for the one that has passed, for they are the one that is "Forever Riding in the Wind"!
